We have spent most of 2017 appearing at festivals and clubs all around Europe. Record of concert, that was part of the Rīga Festival, has been made and we are planning next studio album. And organising second “R&B Blues Festival” aswell.

Latvian Blues Band had very productive 2016-th year, appearing in Germany, Switzerland, Norway and Poland, whilst also organising our first “R&B Blues Festival” in Latvia. The Rīga Festival concert was recorded on August 19-th when band had a break from our European tour. New album is titled “Latvian Blues Band Live at the Rīga City Festival” and it includes some of Latvian Blues band’s greatest hits in a live version, as well as a few songs in a completely new and unusual arrangement.

Next 2018 year will also be an active one for us, we are currently recording a new studio album and planning the second “R&B Blues Festival”, which will take place on June 16 in Ropaži. The festival will launch a major summer concert tour in Germany and Italy.

“Latvian Blues Band Live at the Rīga City Festival” album has been produced in partnership with Live Rīga. The CD will be presented at the Moonshine restaurant on 01.02.2018
